Cancellation / Reschedule Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not provide the required notice, a $75 cancellation fee will be applied.

No‑Show / Late Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $75 fee will be charged.

Grace Period
If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. I will wait for 15 minutes from the scheduled appointment time. After 15 minutes, if I have not been notified, the appointment will be considered a no‑show.
Emergencies
In the case of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please contact me as soon as possible. Emergencies may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis at my discretion, and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.

Repeated Rescheduling Policy
Consistency is important for making progress and for keeping appointment availability fair for all clients. If a client reschedules two or more consecutive appointments, the following may apply:

Access to preferred time slots (such as evening or weekend appointments) may become limited.

Future appointments may need to be scheduled on a week-to-week basis, depending on availability.

Continued rescheduling may result in a discussion about whether ongoing care is appropriate at this time.

Ghosting Policy
If a client misses a scheduled appointment without prior notice or explanation, and does not respond to any communication attempts by the end of the same day (the day of the session), the client will be considered to have “ghosted” the practice.
In this case:

The applicable no-show or late cancellation fee will be charged.

No further appointments will be offered until the client initiates contact to resume care.

Continued scheduling depends on client-initiated follow-up and appointment availability at that time.
